Description
Actually, we would call it a snack cake. But, as the author of the recipe is a foreign chef and he called this product bread (or Quick Bread), I did not change the name. Just translated the recipe into Russian language.

Cooking
Preparation: Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Cake pan grease with oil and lay a baking paper, which, in turn, also should be lubricated. I have some papers were not available, so I greased form and sprinkled it a little semolina. I haven't done.
Sift the flour into a bowl. Add salt, baking powder, pepper (can also add ground paprika) and cumin. I even added your favorite cardamom.
Grate cheese on a medium grater. The almonds rather coarsely chopped. Dried apricots cut into medium-sized pieces. The lemon peel RUB on a small grater.
In another bowl, whip the eggs (about 1 minute).
Mix the beaten eggs with the dry ingredients.
Pour in the batter the melted butter. Add cheese, zest, apricots and almonds. Mix everything carefully. Put the dough in the form and put it in the oven for 40-45 minutes (watch your oven).
After baking, the bread to hold in the form of 5-6 minutes. Then remove and completely cool on wire rack. According to the author, the bread can be frozen, at least 1 month. Bon appetit!!!
