Squid on a skewer
A great snack in a mini!

Ingredients

  • Squid

    200 g

  • Potatoes

    250 g

  • Sunflower oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Mint

    1 coup

  • Basil

    1 coup

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Spices

Cut potatoes in half, season with salt and pepper and fry in half of the sunflower oil in a very hot pan.

Squid cut into large pieces and fry in the remaining oil in the same skillet on both sides until Golden brown.

On each half of potatoes put a little sauce. For the sauce, greens and garlic grind in a blender and season with olive oil.

On top lay a piece of squid and chop off the skewer.
