Appetizer
I offer you this appetizer! Nothing that many don't like offal! This is the heart or the liver yet somehow, somewhere, with something! But as you hear "Chicken gizzards" - then run! Like, how disgusting sort of put my mouth can be! But nothing like this! Without much worries and troubles – such a wonderful yummy it turns out!

Ingredients

  • Chicken stomachs

    0.5 kg

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    4 piece

  • Cucumber

    2 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Paprika sweet

  • Coriander

  • Basil

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

Thoroughly rinse the ventricles. Cut them lengthwise into 3-4 pieces. Half rings, chop the garlic.

Mix in one Cup of paprika, coriander, Basil, hot red pepper, soy sauce, garlic, vinegar. This prepared mixture is placed in the ventricles. Marinade for an hour.

Wash and peel the vegetables.

Cut into strips. Fry in butter in a hot pan for 10 minutes. Constantly stir so it doesn't burn.

Add the ventricles along with the marinade and fry for another 5 minutes. Add more red pepper (for those who like more spicy), and Basil. Cover with a lid, turn down the gas fire and in about 10 minutes.
