Cooking
In a Cup put the cheese and eggs.
Beat with a mixer until smooth.
and gently stir the mass of a tablespoon.
Grease the bowl multivarki and put the dough.
The "MENU" button to install the program "BAKING", click on the "set TIME" and select time 1 hour and 15 minutes. Click "START".
Dissolve gelatin in cold water and leave to swell 40-45 minutes. After this time heat the water with a swollen gelatin, stirring constantly (do not boil!) to the gelatin dissolved. Allow to cool to room temperature.
Add water with gelatin and sea buckthorn jam a good stir. Allow to solidify to Lily-livered state.
Ready cake cool and cut out the "hole" at approximately 1cm, leaving the bumpers. A delicious crop can be eaten or used for other purposes.
Brought to the desired structure and sea-buckthorn jelly to spread on the cut surface of the cake, evenly.
Put the pie in the fridge for 15-20 minutes, and you can eat! Jelly is not that thick due to the jam and its acidity (the acid slows down the process of freezing). If you use a sweet jam, you need a little less gelatine.
Cake is very delicious! It can be done in the oven.
