Soft cake with oblepihovoe-jelly filled
I suggest to try a soft cake with a delicate structure and a flavorful jelly filling.

Ingredients

  • Jam

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Cheese curd

    200 g

  • Sugar

    50 g

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Pumpkin

    2 Tbsp

  • Gelatin

    0.5 tsp

  • Water

    50 ml

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Olive oil

In a Cup put the cheese and eggs.

Beat with a mixer until smooth.

Ready cake cool and cut out the "hole" at approximately 1cm, leaving the bumpers. A delicious crop can be eaten or used for other purposes.
