Ingredients

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Mushrooms

    0.5 kg

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Thyme

    1 pinch

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Crackers

    1 handful

  • Arugula

    1 pinch

Press 2 cloves of garlic ( garlic reveals and gives all the smell, aroma and taste)

Put the frying pan on the fire, pour into a heated pan with oil.

Throw the garlic and put on medium heat.

Sliced mushrooms ( available in four parts, slices)

Take out the garlic. Spread on a pan the mushrooms and fry until Golden brown ( the mushrooms take the taste of garlic butter)

Add to the mushrooms and onions.

Salt the mushrooms and onions

Add thyme to the mushrooms (to taste) and stir. Bring to readiness, put mushrooms with onions and thyme in a blender

Add the cream. Mix all in a blender.

Pour the soup into a bowl. Decorate with croutons and a small handful of arugula.
