Cooking
Margarine leaves with sifted flour, soda, citric acid...
Add the egg and cold water.
Knead a tight dough. Put into the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Protiven grease with oil, put the dough, make a small rim.
Prick with a fork and brush with mustard. Planed on the cake chilled butter.
Spread the filling: finely chopped onion, sausage (strips), tomato slices, sweet pepper (diced).
Top grate melted cheese, make mayonnaise mesh
Put in heated to t-230* oven. Bake for 10 minutes, and then change the temperature to 180* and bake another 40 minutes.
Eat with pleasure in a hot kind (although cold... not worse!!!)
