Soak the beans for 4 hours in cold water according to the instructions on the package. If you have limited time, you can cook without prolonged soaking.
In a pan place the chicken and beans and boil them together in 2 litres of water. Code legs will be ready to get it out of the broth, cool, separate the meat from the bones and cut the meat cubes. The beans continue to simmer.
Cut into cubes carrots, onions, celery and bacon. Fat melt in a pan with a thick bottom, add the olive oil, thyme and Basil, mix well. Take turns to add to the pan the onions, carrots, celery, tomato paste. Mix.
Then overcooked the vegetables from the pan put it in a pan with beans. Add the chicken cut in dice. Season with salt and pepper. At the end of cooking add halved cherry tomatoes. Bring to boil and remove from heat. Bon appetit.
