Cooking
Season the mince with salt and pepper, mix c parsley.
From stuffing to make balls.
Meat balls fry (in pan) with vegetable oil. After frying balls, remove from the pan and set aside.
Kohlrabi and peel the potatoes, cut into cubes.
In the pan where we roasted the meat, add the butter (1 tbsp) and lightly fry the kohlrabi and potatoes.
Pour 1.5 liter of water, add bouillon cube and bring to boil. After boiling, cook for approximately 15 minutes.
Reduce the flame and add cream cheese. when the cheese is completely melted, add the cream, parsley, salt, pepper, toasted the returned balls back into the soup. Cook soup until cooked potatoes and kohlrabi.
