Milk soup with rice and zucchini
Very tender and easy to prepare soup. As an option easy and quick lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Milk

    2 cup

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Parsley

  • Salt

Prepare the products.

Measure out required quantity of rice. Washed grits. Boil until tender in water.

Zucchini peel and seeds. Cut. Boil in a little salted water for 3-5 minutes.

In a saucepan put the butter, boiled rice, boiled slices of zucchini. Add milk. Bring to a boil. Add salt and sugar. Cook for 5 minutes on low heat.

Carrots three on a grater. Cut onion into rings. Fry separately in vegetable oil.

With the help of a blender Porirua soup. Bring to a boil. Remove from the heat.
