Cooking
Eggplant cut into cubes (I had frozen and already chopped), a little salt and pepper, drizzle with vinegar, fry in vegetable oil at the end of cooking, mix walnuts, twisted through a meat grinder and garlic, fry for 2-3 minutes. Cool.
White bread cut into slices, brush with sour cream.
In a separate bowl, mix the chopped cheese and ham, add the egg, mayonnaise, parsley (I had frozen)lightly salt and pepper, stir well.
Into slices, smeared with sour cream spread eggplant.
Put the ham and cheese mixture. Drip a few drops of ketchup.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
