In the magazine "School of Gastronome" in the recipe instead of condensed milk you used candy "Cow", but I accidentally bought the wrong cow, so replaced it with condensed milk.
Half bitter chocolate to break into pieces and slowly melt in a water bath.
Take the cookie cutters, spread with a brush half of the melted chocolate on the walls and the bottom. Allow to cool to room temperature, then put for 15 minutes in the refrigerator. Get it, apply another layer of chocolate and again leave to set.
To prepare the filling, soak in warm water, dates and prunes, removing the seeds from them.
Chop soft dried fruit, stir, put in the base of the chocolate tarts.
In a water bath to melt toffee with condensed milk (candy "Cow") with the addition of butter. The resulting mixture was spread over the filling.
Melt in a water bath the remaining chocolate, pour over top of the tarts, sprinkle with chocolate and put into the refrigerator to harden for 2 hours. Remove from the molds, previously lowered into the hot water to the chocolate behind the walls.
