Baked chicken meatballs with a surprise
Flavorful, tender, juicy... in this original and very good with children. Preparing fast and simple. Quail eggs for "SURPRISE" cooking and most importantly without peeling it!

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    800 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Quail egg

    16 piece

  • Sour cream

    4 Tbsp

  • Flour

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Spices

    1 tsp

Cooking

Cook the minced chicken breast. It add eggs, sour cream, salt, spices, flour and mix thoroughly.

Should get here the stuffing, the consistency of very thick cream

In silicone forms for cupcakes put 1 full tablespoon of minced meat and make a deepening in the middle (with a spoon in a circle how would we raise the beef on the sides of the form) should leave 2/3 of the stuffing.

In the resulting deepening repel one quail egg. Of the remaining stuffing wet hands make a pancake and cover the egg.

Put it into the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees.
