Pie-turnover with stuffed peaches
Decided to combine 2 of my recipe. On the one hand is a sponge cake simply divine, and with another - not at least tried this tasty stuffed peaches. The cake turns out - yum!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Yogurt

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Peach

    4 piece

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Butter

  • Ricotta

    300 g

  • Powdered sugar

    100 g

  • Dried apricots

    100 g

Cooking

For the dough you need the following products.

Yogurt, eggs and Demerara sugar TM "Mistral" to mix, beat well with a mixer (or whisk).
