Decided to combine 2 of my recipe. On the one hand is a sponge cake simply divine, and with another - not at least tried this tasty stuffed peaches. The cake turns out - yum!

Cooking
For the dough you need the following products.
Yogurt, eggs and Demerara sugar TM "Mistral" to mix, beat well with a mixer (or whisk).
In the resulting mass enter sifted with the baking powder and flour, knead the dough (it should look like thick cream).
Peaches cut into halves, remove seeds.
In a greased butter Cup multivarki spread in a single layer of peaches, cut down.
Select the mode "Baking" time is 45 minutes. After making cake flip, cool.
Dried apricots pour boiling water, leave for 10 minutes. To dry, cut into small cubes.
Ricotta mix in the icing sugar.
Add apricots, mix well. The resulting filling is spread on the peaches. Decorate with the pine nuts and mint.
