Pork in sweet and sour sauce
Very this meat went to a small romantic dinner. I made him a simple side dish... and also in the slow cooker.


  • Pork

    500 g

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Jam

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Dry red wine

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Water

    3 Tbsp

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Spices

  • Potatoes

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt


Pork tenderloin cut into pieces 2-3 cm thick
In a separate bowl, mix everything except water and onion.
Marinate the meat in the marinade and put it in a few hours in the cold.
Enable multiverse mode "Frying" and pour a little oil. When the oil heats up, put the meat without the sauce. Fry it on both sides. Meat gets a delicious crust which will not give out juice, and pork remains juicy. Important to make sure that at the bottom is always enough liquid - or jam sauce from burning.
At the end of the regime, in a bowl pour the remaining sauce, add some water and turn mode "Quenching" for 30 minutes. The meat is ready sprinkle with green onions.
And for a side dish suitable baked potatoes. In a bowl pour a little oil. Put the peeled potatoes in the bottom of the bowl in a single layer. Add salt, pepper, herbs, garlic. Mix well. To turn on the "Baking" 40 minutes.
