Cooking
Softened butter RUB with sugar. Add 1 egg and mix well.
Add flour with baking powder, sifted through a sieve. and knead plastic dough.
Knead plastic dough. The finished dough roll into a ball, leave to rest for 10 minutes -15 in the fridge.
While the dough is in the fridge, prepare the filling. To do this, combine the cheese, sugar, sour cream, eggs, the juice of half a lemon, starch, vanilla sugar. All right, beat with a mixer in a homogeneous mass.
The Cup multivarki grease with butter. We spread our dough and distribute it on the bottom of the bowl leaving the sides 4 cm in height.
Spread the cottage cheese filling. On top of the peach slices. The edges of the dough slightly lowered.
Cooking in the "Control" of 120 degrees 45 minutes (I was a little 45 minutes, I added 15 minutes, in the end we got 1 hour time)
