Sweet quiche cheese souffle and the peaches in a slow cooker
One of my favorite recipes. Open pie: a shortcrust pastry with cottage cheese and slices of apricot. Very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Flour

  • Sour cream

  • Starch

Softened butter RUB with sugar. Add 1 egg and mix well.

Add flour with baking powder, sifted through a sieve. and knead plastic dough.

While the dough is in the fridge, prepare the filling. To do this, combine the cheese, sugar, sour cream, eggs, the juice of half a lemon, starch, vanilla sugar. All right, beat with a mixer in a homogeneous mass.
