Cooking

step-0
It all began with that evening were a side dish – boiled bulgur. I served it for dinner with stuffed peppers. Seen boiled too much, after dinner - neither the amplitude, and not syudy. And then the fantasy raged... In a deep bowl, mix the melted butter, a Cup (200 gram) cooked bulgur, sugar, brandy (vodka or rum), vanilla sugar and cocoa.
step-1
Pour cold milk, stir well with a spoon.
step-2
Add the sifted flour mixed with baking powder. Knead a soft elastic dough which should not stick to hands. The photo clearly shows, as if in a test there are nuts.
step-3
Roll out the dough on the table (sprinkle flour is not necessary), thick 0.5 cm Cut molds out any figures.
step-4
Put biscuits on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Put in the preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
step-5
Ready cookies to cool and sprinkle with "snow" (powdered sugar) Two things daughter dragged me to trial. And trying said, "If I hadn't seen from what is liver made, would never have guessed what they are...such fun! You might think that there are some nuts".
step-6
You can warm the tea and enjoy!
step-7
But if you want to make a surprise for friends or loved ones, then pack the cookies in a nice box. Delicious, unusual and festive!
