Cooking
Dried apples and raisins, cover with cold boiled water and leave for 1 hour.
Drain the water from the dried fruit and along with pre-cleaned from the skins of almonds to put in the chopper bowl or the combine. Add honey. Preferably acacia. It has a neutral taste and is great for desserts. Pour in the soy sauce. I used the Light of TM Kikkoman. His taste in sweets is not felt, but it reveals the aromas of apples and almonds, gently shading the sweetness of honey. Grind all the ingredients. It can be done with the help of grinder. You should get a thick, plastic mass.
Formed into small balls and roll them in lightly roasted sesame seeds, cinnamon and cocoa. From this quantity of ingredients is obtained 35 pieces.
That's all. Candy ready. You can brew tea or coffee and feast on.
