Ingredients

  • Nuts

    200 g

  • Dried fruits

    100 g

  • Candied

    50 g

  • Sunflower seeds

    35 g

  • Pumpkin seeds

    20 g

  • Oat flakes

    50 g

  • Sesame

    20 g

  • Vegetable oil

    125 ml

  • Honey

    125 g

  • Vanilla essence

    1 tsp

Cooking

Nuts grind in a blender into fine crumbs.

Dried apricots and figs cut into cubes.

In a bowl put flakes, ground nuts, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds and mix well.

Spread the mixture on a baking sheet and roast until a nice Golden color and bright nutty smell. I was fried at 180°C in the microwave in the "Aero" 15 min.

In a saucepan over medium heat, cook the syrup: for this, mix the honey, vegetable oil and vanilla essence. Bring to a boil, diminishes the fire to low and, stirring constantly cook for 2-4 minutes. Disconnect the fire.

In a large bowl mix toasted mixture with dried fruit, candied fruit and syrup.

Coat the baking pan with baking paper (the size of the baking tray about 30 x 20cm) and spread the mixture very well (!!!) we stamp. Put into the fridge for 4-6 hours (preferably overnight).

Removed from the refrigerator and cut into pieces of arbitrary size.
