Shrimp salad
On the occasion bought a pound of fresh pink shrimp, and tonight we have a Mexican appetizer from the coast of Campeche, Mexico. In explanation! Dear Cooks, you can make a salad an appetizer a bit sharper or softer according to Your preference.

Ingredients

  • Shrimp

    500 g

  • Lime

    3 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Avocado

    1 piece

  • Cilantro

    1 coup

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Ketchup

    100 ml

  • Horseradish

    3 tsp

  • Chili

    1 piece

Boil peeled prawns in salted water until cooked and immediately cooled.

Cilantro and green onion. Clean the chilli or jalapenos from seed (I work in gloves!) and finely chop. Avocado and tomatoes cut into cubes 1 x 1 cm.

Squeeze the juice from 2 limes and mix with ketchup and grated horseradish. It's kind of homemade cocktail-sauce for seafood, if You have the sauce is ready just add the lime juice and taste, you can add a teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce.

In a large bowl, pour the sauce made of ketchup+ horseradish and lime greens, tomatoes, avocado and chilled shrimp, sprinkle with salt. Leave a snack for 10 minutes in the refrigerator. Serve this snack with corn chips and lime slices.
