Snack roll

Carrots and potatoes clean. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater, and potatoes into small. Mix.

Add the chopped onion. Mix well.

Add the egg, salt and a seasoning for vegetables. Mix well.

Add the flour, mix well.

In a pan heat the olive oil. Put the whole mass and spread it. To Sarit cake with two sides.
