Salmon with sauce of kiwi
Tender fish with an interesting sauce of kiwi. Light sour kiwi perfectly complements the taste of fish.

Ingredients

A mixture of butter (1 tsp) and alimkulova (1 tsp) oil saute chopped onion, add 2 diced kiwi and fry together for 3 minutes. Do all this on the regime "Roasting"

Pour in the cream. I took the usual 10% cream. Allow to boil and boil 1-2 minutes.

Pour the sauce in any capacity, to break immersion or regular blender until smooth. I have a blender made of plastic, and I shredded it right in the bowl without fear of it scratching. If you have a metal blender, you can scratch the bowl.

Pour the sauce in a gravy boat, a bowl and pour into it the hot water. Ustanavlivaem the bowl for roasting. Put it in the fish, salt, pepper, brush with olive oil.
