Description

Delicate vanilla-mint cupcakes
It's muffins or soft cookies, as someone like that. They are easy to prepare, delicate and airy, vanilla and mint... all of a sudden. First, everything is predictable: sweet vanilla scent beckons us to try a cupcake, bite and mmm... soft, fluffy dessert... and suddenly, well, quite unexpectedly, a new taste... what is it? Mint?! What a surprise! And this surprise surprised and happy at the same time. I can safely say that the experiment was a success, although I was afraid, like children. Liked it! In addition, the dough is prepared within 10-15 minutes, bake 25 minutes. In General, the longer we talk! Let's cook!

Cooking

step-0
Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy
step-1
Add the cream (I have dry and rustic, you can replace the fatty sour cream), and yogurt. Soda pre-mix with yogurt.
step-2
Mint chop finely, almost to a pulp. Add along with vanilla to the dough.
step-3
Add starch
step-4
The flour and stir the dough until smooth. Turns smooth, soft muffin dough. By density it is like a thick cream.
step-5
I love to shift the dough in a pastry bag and apply from it - it's cleaner and neater leaves.
step-6
Fill our form for baking. Silicone is not lubricated, the rest must of course be lubricated. The dough rises, you can fill to 2/3
step-7
Put bake in a preheated 180 degrees oven. I have baked 25 minutes, but it depends on your oven and the size of the forms. Check with a toothpick.
step-8
Here are the cupcakes turned out
step-9
And here is the fault... the Structure is porous, soft... See how interesting it turned out on the rift - like a smiley face!
step-10
And cupcakes are very elegant. You can just makeup ;)
step-11
Enjoy your tea! Entertain and amaze your loved ones!
