Easy and very healthy soup of broccoli, zucchini, arugula with a spicy aroma and spicy acidity. After eating this soup, You'll get a boost of energy, a set of useful vitamins and minerals, and does not get practically no calories. But at the same time clear your body of accumulated winter toxins

Ingredients

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Broccoli

    120 g

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Arugula

    70 g

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Water

    400 ml

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Seasoning

    0.25 tsp

  • Ginger

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

The soup can be cooked in a casserole, and I made it in the slow cooker. In a bowl pour sunflower oil TM"generous gift" and enable "Frying" 10 minutes.
