Frittata with a vegetable mixture, rice and meatballs in a slow cooker. Frittata (Frittata; ital. frittata) — an Italian omelet is prepared with fillings of cheese, vegetables, sausage or meat. Usually a Frittata is cooked on the stove, then bring to readiness in the oven. Offer its own version of this hearty food prepared in multivarka VITEK VT-4203 SR. In it I have combined fragrant boiled rice, frozen vegetable mix and for satiety meat balls. Get a very satisfying Breakfast or a quick dinner. My family was happy.

I multivarka VITEK VT-4203 SR, I pre-boiled the rice until cooked on the program "Rice"
