Appetizer of salted herring
Original and tasty appetizer from the usual herring!

Ingredients

  • Herring

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    100 g

  • Mayonnaise

    100 g

  • Gelatin

    15 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Greens

    0.5 coup

  • Salt

  • Water

    50 ml

Soak the gelatin in cold boiled water. Herring cut into fillets, it is possible to remove all the bones.

On the eve of the cooked carrots cut in small cubes.

Mix the mayonnaise and sour cream. Season with salt to taste.

Add melted gelatin, mix thoroughly. Allow to cool to liquid jelly.
