Hake baked in foil
Delicious tender fish. Quick and easy to prepare. Suitable for a simple dinner, and for the festive table. Delicious both hot and cold.

Ingredients

  • Fish

    500 g

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    100 g

  • Ketchup

    100 g

  • Vegetable oil

  • Spices

Finely chop the onion.

Carrots grate on a coarse grater.

Overcook the onions and carrots.

Mix the mayonnaise with the ketchup (ketchup to taste, it the fish turns from sweet to sharp – looking who he loves).
