Cooking
Chilled margarine chopped, add sugar, yolks 2 eggs, vanilla, sour cream, 2 cups flour and baking powder.
Divide the dough into 2 parts, each part add another 1/2 Cup of flour, and one part add cocoa powder. Mix well. Light and dark the dough is wrapped in plastic wrap and put in refrigerator for 1 hour. Chilled dough is easier to work with as warm a very gentle and mellow, melting in his hands.
Make the filling: whites of two eggs whipped to a thick foam. Add a spoonful of powdered sugar, whisking constantly with a mixer.
Chilled dough roll out into two layers on the table with a rolling pin, greased with vegetable oil.
Cut the seams on the stripes and overlay, just going at each other, these strips of alternating light and dark. So. Try to work quickly while the dough is warm.
Now striped layer cut transversely into three parts. Each part of miss protein cream.
On the edge of each seam, place the candied fruits, you can put fruit, raisins or berries.
Each roll cut into 3-4 "bees" and place them seam down on the baking tray lined with baking paper.
Put the liver in the preheated oven and bake at 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
These are the whales I got.
