Meatless borsch with mushrooms
Vegetable soup to cook very quickly, so boil the potatoes. Only then, most importantly, wash and prepare all the vegetables and mushrooms.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    6 piece

  • Cabbage

    0.5 plug

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Beets

    1 piece

  • Tomato paste

    3 Tbsp

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

  • Greens

    0.5 coup

  • Sunflower oil

    4 Tbsp

Cooking

first throw with boiling water, diced potatoes;

- cut mushrooms (or other fresh mushrooms) and put in a pan;

- cut and add cabbage;

- cut into cubes and add bell peppers (I had frozen);

- until everything is cooked, the "Cost" fry first the onions, then add grated on a coarse grater, carrots;

three on a coarse grater beets and add to the pan;

- when beets are cooked, then add the tomato. I have a home borschova filling made from grated tomatoes, the Bulgarian pepper and greens. Bring it to a boil and add the prepared fried in the soup. By this time the potatoes are already cooked, the broth is salted;

- put the Bay leaf and the herbs, check for salt. If desired, add the spices and switch off immediately. The soup is ready.
