Ingredients

  • Tomato

    3 kg

  • Onion

    0.5 kg

  • Carrots

    0.5 kg

  • Pepper

    1.5 kg

  • Sunflower oil

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Vinegar

    0.5 cup

  • Salt

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Clean the carrots, cut into cubes

Peel the onion, cut into cubes

Clean the pepper, cut into cubes

Wash the tomatoes, grind

Tomatoes put on the fire. Add the sugar and sunflower oil. Bring to the boil and simmer for 15 minutes. Add carrots, cook for another 15 minutes.

Add bell pepper, onion, vinegar (9%), salt. Mix well, cook for 20-25 minutes

Spread out on the sterilized banks, roll up cover, cover until cool, placing the can cap down.
