Chicken pita with peppers, cheese and spinach
Delicious, healthy cake without flour, chicken base, and on top of the vegetables, cheese and spinach.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

  • Green onions

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Basil

Begin with cooking the sauce. Take the tomatoes in their own juice, peel, mash, add sugar, soy sauce, and Basil. Evaporate on low heat stir constantly. The excess water evaporated and the sauce thickens, then add the chopped garlic.

Until the sauce is evaporated you can cook the chicken meat. Chicken breast grind in a blender or grinder. Add the egg, soy sauce, pepper.

In minced chicken add the dry dill and parsley.

On the baking paper distribute the stuffing in a thin layer, if it sticks, then with wet hands. Put in a preheated 180 C oven for 15 minutes.
