Description
Fish "In our Harbor came ships". For the first time this fish took me for a friend and it was in a year, about 1975. A friend lived in St. Petersburg in the Harbor... I came to visit. Then the Daw I have been a witness at the wedding. And then she married an American and went to live in new York in 1988. Since then, we haven't seen before this year. Fish in her recipe has become a favorite dish in my family especially loves her son-in-law. And named the dish in honor of the Crows and the St. Petersburg harbour, where I first tried it.

Cooking
Fish if it is frozen, thaw at room temperature until the end (so it's easier to cut it into fillets) and clean.
Cut fish into serving pieces.
Fillet cut from the bones and put the pieces in pairs side by side.
Nothing goes to waste, all the waste put in a bag and take to the freezer. Then they will come in handy when cooking the broth for a fish soup or fish in aspic.
Fillets sprinkle with seasoning for fish, salt and pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice.
Fold the pieces of fish in pairs "by aleikom".
Put plump in a bowl and leave for an hour to marinate.
Then put into a form or in a deep pan.
Carrot peel and grate on a coarse grater. Slightly prisolit and pepper.
Put the carrots on the fish and spread it. Layer of the carrots must be such that fish could not see.
Pour thin layer of mayonnaise.
Put the onions, sliced rings, lightly imbedded it in the mayonnaise and oil brush with vegetable oil.
Put the form in a hot oven. Bake at 180*C for 30 minutes. That's it!
