Description

Cottage cheese casserole with apples and dried fruit
My version of all the familiar dishes. Very tender and tasty zapiekanka for those who are watching and not watching their waistlines:) gram flour or gram of sugar!

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    500 g

  • Yogurt

    125 g

  • Semolina

    3 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Prunes

    200 g

  • Raisins

    200 g

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    5 g

Cooking

step-0
Prunes (or dried apricots) soaked in water. Also separately soak the raisins (I have, unfortunately, this time was not, but the taste is much more interesting!:)).
step-1
With a fork, RUB the cottage cheese, egg and yoghurt (natural). Instead of yogurt can use sour cream or soft cheese. If the curd is very dry - feel free to add more "soft parts".
step-2
Add 2 tablespoons of semolina. Stir.
step-3
Add 2 tablespoons of honey (or to taste) and raisins, stir.
step-4
Form grease with butter and sprinkle with semolina.
step-5
Cover the bottom of a layer of finely sliced apples.
step-6
Spread apples on half of the cottage cheese mixture, put on top of plums (when there are dried apricots and prunes, and I put and mixed, dense rows:))
step-7
Cover with second half of cheese, sprinkle with cinnamon.
step-8
I baked about 40 minutes at 220 degrees. You can just see they look to pale Golden color.
step-9
Delicious to eat both hot and cold, pouring yogurt, sour cream or jam, or even no watering!:) I thought 100 grams contains 170 calories (if done with low-fat cottage cheese). Bon appetit!
