Cooking
Overnight soak white beans, then boil for 30-40 minutes (do not salt). After you throw the beans in a colander, cool. Add to beans, about 3 tablespoons of lemon vinegar. Leave for 30 minutes, you can put in the fridge. Onion cut into half rings, sprinkle with salt and carefully add the same spoon of vinegar, stir and leave too for 20-30 minutes.
Boil eggs, cut into 2 or 4 parts. Tomato slice (preferably remove the skin from the tomatoes).
Bow rinse with cold water. Mix with beans. Salt.
Finely chop the parsley and mix with beans. Spread beans on a plate.
Rings, slice the pepper. To shift to beans.
Decorate the salad with chopped egg and slices of tomato. Drizzle with olive oil.
