The recipe for this turned out to be a light and fresh salad saw "VC", and there was nick. We liked the salad.

Vegetables wash, dry.
A slice of ham cut 10-12 thin slices (I did this using slicers Berner). The remaining ham cut into strips.
Celery cut into cubes, pour into a large bowl. Apples to clean, remove seed pods, cut into cubes and add to the celery (this step I forgot to do).
From one cucumber slice and roll 10-12 "of Grammatikov", the rest of the second and cucumber cut into cubes, add to bowl.
Half a tomato cut into cubes, removing seed pods. Add to the bowl.
Add the chopped ham.
Add the chopped parsley.
Drizzle the salad with the juice of half an orange and mix gently. Then fill with small amount of mayonnaise and mix again. Do not add salt, because salt vegetables provide juice and quickly lose their shape.
A flat dish covered with lettuce leaves.
In the center put a hill salad mix. Sliced ham roll tubes (if deployed, to seal the halves of toothpicks) and place around salad hill. Between the ham rolls to lay out cucumber "gramophonic". Left half a tomato cut into thin slices, roll the roses and to put on top of salad hill. Decorate with leaves of parsley.
