Cooking

step-0
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Butter whisk with sugar.
step-1
Then add 2 eggs and continue whisking.
step-2
Then add Cup sour milk and beat again. 2 minutes.
step-3
In a separate bowl, mix two kinds of flour, soda and salt.
step-4
Add the dry ingredients in our dough.
step-5
And continue to beat 3 minutes until smooth dough. The dough should get thick, but such that it then could be poured into molds.
step-6
The muffin grease with butter.
step-7
Pour the batter over the cups. I can never manage to do it cleanly :)
step-8
Next, cut the sausage. Because I have a Hanoverian and they are big enough I cut them into 4 pieces. The usual sausage, I think we need to cut it into pieces 2-3. About to get these pieces.
step-9
To put into each mold a piece of sausage, a bit of sinking it in the test.
step-10
Put in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until Golden brown. If You have cookie cutters of a smaller size, then it will get about 24 things and they should bake 10-12 minutes.
step-11
Bon appetit!!!
