Cooking
Start with the chicken. Take the breast bone, separate the meat from the bones, cut into small pieces, add mayonnaise or sour cream, garlic, salt and spices to taste, mix well.
While the chicken is marinating, flour, water, egg and 1 tsp. salt put in a bread machine or knead the dough by hand, as for dumplings. The dough is mixed (I have a bread maker), are potatoes. Cut it into small pieces and fry until soft.
Then lightly fry the chicken, just until soft.
To this point I have samesies dough. Take it out of the bread machine.
Roll out the dough thinly, spread the filling.
Put on oiled baking sheet and make small incisions.
Grease with egg or sprinkle with cheese, I advise you to sprinkle the cheese roll will be softer. I missed the egg batter on top was brown and crunchy. With cheese it will be tender.
Put in a preheated 180 degree oven and bake until Browning dough or cheese. In the middle of baking the incisions and pour the melted butter.
