This recipe spied on some website a long time wanted to bring to life - and all the way!!! And then the other day a friend brought a bucket of cherries, and I figured it was a sign)))

Cooking
The flour (200 gr.) brewing with boiling water, adding it gradually. The resulting sticky dough let cool slightly, add sugar, salt, cocoa, butter and gradually add the flour (100 g.), knead not sticking to hands the dough, cover it with foil and let rest for one hour.
Cherries thawed, mix with sugar and allow to drain.
Melt butter on a steam bath with chocolate. Mix well. Allow to solidify.
From the rolled dough cut glass circles, put in the center of the cherry and a tiny piece of hardened chocolate.
Cook the dumplings in slightly salted water 3 minutes. Serve with cream, syrup and remaining melted chocolate.
