delicious cake for tea

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Flour

    4 Tbsp

  • Potato starch

    2 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Sour cream

    250 g

  • Prunes

    150 g

  • Gelatin

    25 g

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Chocolate milk

    50 g

Cooking

dough: beat eggs

add sugar, flour, starch, baking powder

mix well

form of grease with vegetable oil and sprinkle with flour

pour the batter into the pan and bake for 30 minutes at a temperature of 180*C

filling: prunes wash, cut into strips

mix cottage cheese, sour cream, sugar, prunes

gelatin, pour hot water and stir until dissolved

to add to to the curd mass and mix, put the resulting stuffing in the fridge for 10 minutes to get it cooled and became viscous

on cooled cake spread the filling, flatten (if desired, cake can be impregnated with any syrup)

sprinkle with grated chocolate

and put back in the refrigerator until fully cured
