Closer and closer the coming 2011! On the streets appeared first tree... since 2011 is the year of the rabbit, then on the table it will be possible to cook easy vegetable salad (as recommended by the astrologers). The design of the salad that I want to offer perfect for a traditional salad "herring under a fur coat".

Carrots three on a coarse grater, add 1 clove of garlic (through the press), a little mayonnaise, add a little pepper (any) and mix well. Put in the bowl, this is the first layer of salad.
Cheese grate on a grater, also add 1 or 2 cloves of garlic (as you like), a little mayonnaise and mix everything with a second layer to add to the salad.
Beets grate on a fine grater and salad on top of the third layer.
Beet juice mixed with mayonnaise and gently spread on our "glamorous rabbit". From beets to make one. So that was the main culprit of the coming New 2011 year!
