Eggplant-mushroom salad with meat in a creamy sauce
I confess, I love to see the recipes in cafes and restaurants there are, and then to reproduce them at home! This salad is just from the category "peeped" in a Moscow cafe! Very hearty, delicious, tender and filling!

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Beans

    1 can

  • Pork

    200 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Seasoning

Eggplant cut into cubes, sprinkle with salt and leave until the juice

Onions finely chop, pre-cooked mushrooms, also cut and fry together with the onions, until the onions acquire a Golden color

The meat is cut into small pieces and fry until Golden brown. Instead of pork you can take chicken or beef.

With beans drain the liquid and rinse if necessary

With eggplant drain off the juice and simmer them with a small amount of water until soft

Prepare the sauce: cream heated in a pan or skillet, add garlic and spices, add salt and cook for 3-4 minutes on low heat, making sure not seething!

All our products are stacked in a salad bowl, add the sauce and stir. It turns out very satisfying! It is possible to eat as a separate dish for dinner or lunch!
