Salad
So, in "green tones" ate, now turn pink and green :) Another salad from the discharge, "post-holiday"...

Ingredients

  • Cucumber

    250 g

  • Green onions

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Avocado

    1 piece

  • Lime

    1 piece

  • Crab sticks

    100 g

  • Shrimp

    200 g

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Shrimps and crab sticks in advance put for thawing. Thawed shrimp, sprinkle with salt and pour the juice of half a lime. Let stand up. All of our vegetables and fruits (cucumber, Apple, avocado, lime) liberated from the skin.

Now finely chop the cucumber, green onions, Apple...

...avocado, other half of lime, crab sticks...

All mix, add the shrimp (without liquid) and a well-pepper well. Salt salad is NOT NECESSARY to add!

Pour the salad with olive oil and gently stir. All! Salad can be submitted in the bowl

... or a La carte: in the skin of the avocado or serving bowls. If the first spoon tastes not understand, eat second :) ... is delicious!! My two loved it, and that to me - ready all day with this salad to eat :)
