Cooking
For cupcakes, I melted the butter.
Took brown buckwheat "Mistral".
Put the sugar in the container of a blender and added the eggs. All thoroughly whipped in a lush foam.

I filled them with cookie cutters for baking cupcakes. My dough was enough for exactly 12 muffins.
Bake cupcakes in preheated oven for about 35-40 minutes. And with a toothpick checked the readiness of the cupcakes.
Then I melted in a water bath chocolate. Added to it the cream cheese and beat everything for about 3 minutes.
When the cupcakes have cooled down, I with a brush put on them chocolate icing.
Applied in several layers. And left to dry.
Then I cut the stencils and applied the patterns with cocoa.
