Verrines
Here before the boy sunk the French fashion Verrine. Offer a couple of options in order to entertain family and friends.

Ingredients

  • Avocado

  • Cream

  • Capers

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Olive oil

  • Mozzarella

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    50 g

  • Basil

Cooking

Tomatoes incise cross and pour boiling water. Hold for 1 min.

Remove the skins, cut in half and remove the seeds.

3 tomatoes cut into small cubes.

Using blender, chop avocado, cream, juice of 1 lemon and a whisper of salt. Add the coriander and stir.

The salmon is very finely chopped.

To take and Verrine layers put tomatoes, avocado mass and on top of the salmon. Pour some lemon juice and garnish with dill.

For the second option. 2 tomatoes and sun-dried tomatoes minced with a blender.

Mozzarella cut into small.

Trout, olives, capers and chopped garlic grind in a blender. in the end, add olive. oil.

Taking the Cup. To put on the bottom of the olive mass. on top of the mozzarella and the tomato mass. Garnish with Basil.

Before serving to hold for 30 mins in the fridge.
