Cooking
Pork ribs fry in oil until Golden brown.
Carrots three on a coarse grater, onion cut into half rings. Sent to the ribs. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add ketchup or tomato paste. Stir fry for 5 minutes.
Start the dough (like dumplings). Roll out a thin layer.
Cut into strips (width and length, as you like)
Boil the strips in salted water for 3-5 minutes, until tender. Recline in a colander to drain the water.
