Beshbarmak in Russian
So named because of the national this dish is prepared in a different manner (anyway, I ate one of the lamb and in liquid form, I did not like). But this dish was prepared by my mother, and where she got the recipe, I was not interested! Try it, you will not regret!

Ingredients

  • Pork ribs

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Water

    0.5 cup

  • Flour

    2.5 cup

  • Spices

  • Ketchup

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Pork ribs fry in oil until Golden brown.

Carrots three on a coarse grater, onion cut into half rings. Sent to the ribs. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add ketchup or tomato paste. Stir fry for 5 minutes.

Boil the strips in salted water for 3-5 minutes, until tender. Recline in a colander to drain the water.
