Chicken legs stuffed with mushrooms

The recipe, in my opinion, interesting. I had, of course, to Tinker, but the result did not disappoint. The recipe looked after in the same journal, a very long time was going to cook it finally happened...

Ingredients

The chicken legs

4 piece
Mushrooms

500 g
Onion

2 piece
Cheese

200 g
Garlic

2 tooth
Mayonnaise

100 g
Chicken egg

1 piece
Butter

Cooking

Take the chicken legs and remove the skin. Meat separate from the bones, cut into cubes

And mix with a raw egg.

Finely chopped onion and mushrooms saute in butter.

Prepare the stuffing by mixing the mushrooms with onion, meat and grated cheese.

Received stuffing stuff the peel, then seal the edges with a wooden toothpick

Mix the mayonnaise with the finely chopped garlic and brush all over chicken and place on a baking sheet. Bake in the oven at 250 degrees for 30 minutes. Bon appetit!!!
