Aromatic crunchy biscuits that are traditionally appears in stores before Christmas, then disappears... until next Christmas. And my men love it regardless of the time of year.

Cooking
Regular shortbread dough, but the spices give it a unique taste, although not everybody likes it.
Margarine chop with spices and almonds.
Add eggs and flour and knead the dough. When did the first time, I thought, nothing happens, everything falls apart. But after 3-4 minutes of kneading all turned out perfectly. Put the dough in a cool place for an hour.
Ideally, the pastry should be so, but...
In the absence of the shapers I just rolled with thickness of 1/2 cm and cut out layers of different figures
I have 3 cookie sheet. While baking one sheet - 5 minutes!, fill the second one... Bake in a preheated 180*C oven for 5-7 minutes.
