Potato shanezhki with liver
This is a wonderful dish I made for dinner tonight. The recipe I had stuffed with meat, but I decided to try to do with liver. Turned out very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    1.5 kg

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Minced meat

    600 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

    1 cup

  • Bread crumbs

    150 g

  • Sour cream

    100 g

  • Bay leaf

    3 piece

Cooking

Heart, liver, lung, cut into slices, add a little salt and 2 pieces of Bay leaves, boil in pressure cooker until tender.

Cook peeled potatoes in salted water with the Bay leaf and 1H.l. chicken broth, souplantation (optional).

Drain the water from potatoes are ready, cool slightly, add eggs, flour, garlic, squeezed through the frog and mix well.

Cooked giblets remove with a slotted spoon, grind in a meat grinder together with onion and garlic. A little salt and pepper and mix well.

Now sculpt shanezhki with wet hands: one hand put the potato dough on top of the ball of offal. Forming rolls-shanezhki.

If it turns out not so good, the liver you can put a little potato, so it will be convenient to envelop the stuffing.
