  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Almonds

    2 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Yogurt

    2 Tbsp

  • Ketchup

    1 Tbsp

Apples RUB on a small grater, mix with ground almonds. Mayonnaise, yogurt and ketchup, beat with a whisk. Herring fillet cut into slices and laid in a row on a platter. Pour the Apple-almond puree, top with mayonnaise-yogurt mixture.
