Eggplant puff
Delicious with meat and mushrooms, baked with two kinds of sauce.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    3 piece

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Chicken fillet

    300 g

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Cilantro

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

To prepare red sauce by scalding the tomatoes to remove the skins, chop, put in a pan, add salt, pepper and stew 15 minutes, until soft tomatoes. In the end, add the greens and garlic.

To prepare white sauce: flour fry in a pan until light brown, add the butter, stir and add the milk, stirring constantly. Season with salt to taste and add cheese. Boil 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
