Pogaca
This Serbian dish - pie simple to prepare and, as usual, simple and delicious!!!

Ingredients

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Yeast

    25 g

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Feta

    150 g

  • Flour

  • Fat

in a glass of warm water to dissolve the yeast, salt, a pinch of sugar and 1 tbsp flour - it's our dough, let it rise until foamy.

whisk 1 egg with a glass of warm milk and mix with approaching dough.

slowly add flour, stirring with a whisk. The dough should be as pancakes (thick yogurt)(took me about 2 cups of flour)

let the dough "come" in a warm place (weight increase 2 times)

in the form pour the fat (vegetable oil) to coat the bottom not less than 1 cm.

pour our batter into the pan and with a spoon stir the dough with butter (fat).

egg mix with cheese (I added an egg, but you can with one!)

and distribute the mixture over the dough (ideally, "filling" should drown in the test ;-) )allow to stand for 5-10 min. test (I did not :-) ..) Put our "Pogaca" in a heated oven, first bake at 230-240*With 10 minutes and then at 200*C for another 20 minutes.

do not remove from pie,I have some sticks to form. To eat better warm!!!with yogurt - cutie :-P "of Pogacha" it turns out in appearance a bit, and to touch and taste the oil (a little ;-) )

when will be baked pie, then you will notice how the fat (oil) will be allocated to bubble - this is normal. Bon appetit! I hope that like you and your family! O:-)
